Enroll a Utility Account in eBilling on payitSt.Louis

Electronic billing – or eBilling – is a quick and convenient way to receive Water and Refuse bills through payitSt.Louis. Residents who sign up for eBilling will receive their bills electronically via a secure email, rather than getting a paper bill through the mail. 

To get started, create a profile (see Create a Profile on payitSt.Louis) and connect your account (see Link a Utility Account on payitSt.Louis) then follow the steps below to enroll:

1. Select Water and Refuse from the "Services" drop down menu 

2. Towards the right of the screen see, "My Accounts" and select the account you wish to enroll

3. Under "Account Actions" click Enroll in eBilling

4. Click Accept

You are now enrolled in eBilling and will receive email notifications for new utility bills. If you decide to unenroll, see Unenroll a Utility Account from eBilling on payitSt.Louis.
