Enroll a City of St. Louis Utility Account in AutoPay on payitSt.Louis

To set up AutoPay for your Water and Refuse bills, you must first have a payitSt.Louis profile (see Create a Profile on payitSt.Louis). After signing in and linking your account (see Link a Utility Account on payitSt.Louis), follow the steps below to enroll your utility account in AutoPay:

1. Select Water and Refuse from the "Services" drop down menu and click Manage AutoPay

2. Review the "AutoPay Details" and click Yes, continue AutoPay setup

3. Select a Payment Method and click Submit

4. Review the "AutoPay Enrollment Summary" and select Yes, complete enrollment

You are now enrolled in AutoPay. You will receive an enrollment confirmation and email notifications when a payment is processed.
