Change AutoPay Payment Method for a City of St. Louis Utility Account on payitSt.Louis

Need to change the card or bank account for your AutoPay on payitSt.Louis? Follow the directions below to update your payment method:

1. Select Water and Refuse from the "Services" drop down menu and click Manage AutoPay

2. Select Change Payment Method

3. Select a Payment Method and click Submit

Your AutoPay has now been updated. You will receive an email confirmation and future payments will be processed using the newly selected payment method.
